The world loves Rugbytots, so we’re showing the world some love too!
Rugbytots’ RECYCLE! REUSE! REVIVE! environmental and social programme
Over the last year, we‘ve been thinking hard about how we can do more help the world around us. At Rugbytots, we are committed to trying our very best to do what we can. We’ve now brought three of our ideas together under a new banner: RECYCLE! REUSE! REVIVE! By being part of the Rugbytots family you are already helping us with these environmentally and socially positive goals, but read on to find out how you can help us achieve even more...
RECYCLE! Introducing a new Rugbytots kit made entirely from plastic bottles
In partnership with our lovely friends at Scimitar Sports, we have launched new Rugbytots shirts and shorts that are 100% made from recycled plastic bottles!
The design, comfort and durability is the same as before. Amazing! What’s more, all our packaging is fully recyclable – and we are now making the moving to paper bags, which can be recycled or composted.
To help our Rugbytots understand all of this, we’ve created a little film that highlights the positive journey plastic can take if we do the right thing with it – take a look!
REUSE! Giving old kit and equipment to children in developing countries
We have teamed up with The Tag Rugby Trust to share old Rugbytots kit with children less fortunate than our own.
We recently sent 5000 sets of kit plus hundreds of used rugby balls and tags to young children in Uganda.
Send us your old kit
Once your Rugbytot has grown out of their kit, just take it to your local class or post back to our warehouse.

REVIVE! We're on a TREEvolution, planting an area the size of a rugby pitch with trees every year!
Our mission is to help Greenpop plant 500,000 trees by 2025. Working to restore degraded forest areas, breathing life into our world, the forests are amazing places both for our wildlife and people across South Africa.
Rugbytots director in South Africa, Steed Richardson, is a pledge partner and supports Greenpop to reforest and plant cover the size of a rugby pitch (5000 square meters) every year. We are doing this by contributing R5 from new bookings to Greenpop on-going.
As of the second term of April 2023, we have already planted seven trees in Bodhi Khayi nature reserve. Isn't that TREEmendous?
REDUCING! New packaging is playing its part – and will soon be even better!
To reduce the amount of waste going into landfill, all of our packaging is now fully recyclable – and we are moving to paper bags, which can be recycled or composted.
To help our Rugbytots understand all of this, we’ve created a little film that highlights the positive journey plastic can take if we do the right thing with it – take a look at it below!
