It is Rugbytots company policy not to keep any of your financial data on file. Once the booking process is complete the financial information is NOT stored and you will therefore be required to re-enter your payment details at every re-booking stage.

Why we would prefer you opting into our communications
When booking for the first time, Rugbytots would prefer you to 'opt-in' so that we can tell you about any discount codes, offers or Rugbytots news when it comes time to rebooking. In some of our classes there may not be space available and you will be asked to join the wait list. We will then let you know if space becomes available to book into that class, further more making you aware of future class re-booking deadlines.
If you choose not to opt-in, class re-booking times will be made on our Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) where we want to share more details about our other Rugbytots special offers, merchandise sales in our the shop and to sharing your child’s exciting journey in Rugbytots.
Controlling your personal information
We will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
